Light Blue Velvet Choli w/Gold

A choli is a traditonal Indian women's article of clothing. It is usually a short shirt that may fall above the midriff, and if often worn under the traditional women's saree.
The word choli is also used in bellydance to describe a similar short shirt used in dancing.

This choli is part of a group that I purchased in Egypt several years ago specifically for resale. This black velvet choli is bejewled by silver colored beads that have been sewn onto the fabric in swirling patterns. The beads also cascade at the bottom of the choli and the sleeves. While the velvet has some give, the beads sewn along the sleeves and collar make those areas constrained. Please see measurements. The middle of the front of the shirt is ruched upwards with beads as well.
