Matryoshka/Nesting Dolls #1

Here is something cute and cheerful to add to your home!

This sweet group of wooden dolls are known asMatryoshka dolls, from Russia, though they can be found in many Eastern European countries. They are known as "nesting dolls" in English, as the dolls "nest" within each other, and the larger of the dols opens to reveal a smaller one within.

These dolls were purchased by me during a visit during a visit to my mother's home country of Hungary, and now I am letting them go so they may bring you luck and happiness.

These three dolls are made of a blonde wood, and they all have painted red kerchiefs, and dark green leaves painted at their fronts. The two larger ones have red "tulips" painted along the sides of their lower bocy as well (SEE PICTURE 4 for this detail).
The dolls are in very good shape for their 30 years (they were purchased in 1994).

MEASUREMENTS:

Large Doll H: 3.5"
Large Doll Circumference: 5.5" (at widest point)

Medium Doll H: 2.5"
Medium Doll Circumference: 4" (at widest point)

Small Doll H: 1.5"
Small Doll Circumference: 3" (at widest point)
